This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations of services and products purchased from Wholesalerretail.

Return Period

For physical products, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

For design services, cancellation requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the initial consultation or before work has commenced, whichever comes first.

Custom or personalized items may have different return terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Cost of Return Shipping

If you are returning an item due to a defect, error on our part, or if the item was damaged during shipping, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

For returns initiated for other reasons, such as change of mind or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization
  6. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund

Please allow 5-10 business days for us to receive and process your return after it has been shipped.

If you cancel an order that has already been paid for, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's processing times. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, while other payment methods may take longer.

If your return is rejected, we will notify you with an explanation and return the item to you at your expense, unless the item was damaged or defective.

In cases where a partial refund is appropriate, such as when an item is returned in less than perfect condition, we will notify you of the refund amount before processing.

Refunds will be issued in the same currency and payment method used for the original purchase.
